Why did Nick Saban retire?
Saban released a statement regarding his retirement after it was announced by ESPN’s Chris Low. He says in his statement how his goal was always to help players create more value in their life. Many fans believe his retirement came as a result of his health issues. The 72 year old confirmed that health was not the necessary reason, but rather the grueling nature of the game.
